Lucosky Brookman LLP Represents Quantum Computing Inc. in $750 Million Oversubscribed Private Placement
Quantum Computing Inc. (Nasdaq: QUBT) (“QCi” or the “Company”), an innovative, integrated photonics and quantum optics technology company, announced that it has entered into securities purchase agreements with institutional investors for an oversubscribed private placement of approximately $750 million, priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.
Titan Partners Group, a division of American Capital Partners, acted as the sole placement agent for the offering. Lucosky Brookman LLP served as legal counsel to Quantum Computing Inc. in connection with the transaction.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement to fully fund commercialization efforts, pursue strategic acquisitions, establish volume production capabilities, expand its sales and engineering teams, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
With this financing, QCi has now raised approximately $1.64 billion since November 2024, positioning the Company with one of the strongest balance sheets among publicly traded quantum computing companies.
This additional capital will support QCi’s continued transition from a quantum technology innovator to a leading hardware manufacturer.
