Edward (Ned) Welch is a Partner in Lucosky Brookman’s Corporate and Securities Group. Ned is relied upon by issuers, underwriters and other participants in both public and private corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on public offerings, shelf registrations, registered direct transactions, de-SPACs, PIPEs, private placements, secondary market purchases and other securities offerings as well as in connection with mergers and acquisitions transactions. Ned also advises companies and boards on public company reporting and disclosure-related issues and in connection with corporate governance matters.
