Year In Review

Lucosky Brookman publishes a detailed annual report about the latest trends for emerging growth companies. The report also highlights our milestones, accomplishments and charitable giving for the year. We welcome you to review our current Year In Review, as well as all prior years. The Firm and its clients were very active last year. The Firm, through its diverse range of practice areas, continued to advance the economic interests of its clients by guiding them through a wide variety of corporate finance, lending and securities transactions while protecting their legal rights. The Firm appreciated an overall increase in the size of its deal flow, as compared to the prior year. This increase was attributed to the number of individual transactions as well as the value of each transaction.
