Steven A. Lipstein is a Senior Associate at Lucosky Brookman LLP. Mr. Lipstein advises issuers in connection with stock exchange listings, private and public offerings of equity and debt securities, and Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE) transactions. He also represents issuers with respect to reporting and other obligations under the U.S. securities laws, NASDAQ rules, and corporate governance and regulatory matters, specializing in the registration of securities under the Securities Act of 1933 and compliance with reporting requirements under the Exchange Act of 1934.
Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman, Mr. Lipstein was a corporate and private funds associate at a large New York-based law firm and a securities associate at a New Jersey law firm.
Mr. Lipstein received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the Johns Hopkins University where he graduated with honors. Mr. Lipstein is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey.
