Scott Linsky is Partner in Lucosky Brookman’s Corporate and Securities Group.  Business-focused and outcome-oriented, Scott focuses his practice in the areas of corporate finance and securities law, representing both issuers and investors in a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, private equity and debt placements, initial public offerings, and alternative public offerings. With a significant portion of his practice focused on early-stage developing companies, Scott prides himself on being able to provide practical advice on a wide array of corporate and transactional matters and related issues, helping clients to see the big picture. 

Scott currently serves as the Chair of the Securities and Corporate Practice/Governance Committee of the Business Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is a member of the Morris/Essex Inn of Transactional Counsel.

Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman, Scott was a corporate associate with Day Pitney LLP and Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi and a transactional attorney for Mylan Specialty L.P. Scott received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the International Law Journal. He received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University where he graduated with Distinction in All Subjects. Scott is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey.
