Robert Brookman is Of Counsel to Lucosky Brookman.  Mr. Brookman focuses his practice on commercial and securities litigation.  Mr. Brookman is an experienced practitioner with extensive litigation experience.  He has represented clients throughout the United States, and consistently achieved exceptional results.

 

Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman, Mr. Brookman worked with a large law firm outside of Washington, DC, where he focused his practice on complex commercial litigation and particularly disputes involving large construction projects.  Mr. Brookman previously worked with a firm in the Philadelphia area, where he engaged in all aspects of complex litigation in the state and federal courts of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. 

Mr. Brookman is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and George Washington University School of Law.  During law school, Mr. Brookman worked on the Judiciary Committee Staff of Senator Dianne Feinstein, for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and in the Office of the Chief Counsel for the Department of Justice’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.  Mr. Brookman also obtained a fellowship following law school with the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Trenton, New Jersey.

Mr. Brookman is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Mr. Brookman is further admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
