Amanda Hertz

Amanda is an Associate in Lucosky Brookman LLP’s Corporate & Securities Department in the New York office. Amanda’s practice focuses on securities laws, M&A and corporate finance. She assists clients in a variety of legal matters including uplistings, private placements and public offerings of securities.

Amanda received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, Economics and Law from the University of Richmond. She received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where she served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and was a member of the Health Law and Policy Association.
