Chris Haunschild is a Partner at Lucosky Brookman LLP, who leads the firm’s Tax Department.  During the course of his 25 year career, he has advised companies across a wide range of industries on the tax consequences of domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations, financing transactions, securities offerings, and joint ventures with an aggregate value in excess of $100 billion. 

Chris holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review, and a B.A. in Economics from Trinity University.  He has published numerous articles and delivered dozens of speeches.
