Kush Parikh is an Associate at Lucosky Brookman LLP’s Corporate & Securities Department. Mr. Parikh’s practice focuses on a variety of work ranging from assisting companies with raising capital in order to go public to corporate governance issues that involve regulatory compliance measures. He advises and represents companies that are involved in mergers & acquisitions, SEC filings, and initial public offerings.  

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Parikh worked at a national law firm representing Fortune 500 companies across a widespread range of areas, including complex corporate, securities, real estate, and commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Parikh is an active member of the Society for Corporate Governance and South Asian Bar Association of New York. He received his undergraduate B.B.A. degree in Legal Studies in Business from Hofstra University and J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
