Cody Harding

Cody is an experienced corporate attorney helping clients grow and reach their goals. He has guided clients through milestone multi-million dollar capital raises and helped them prepare for IPO. Cody also understands the complex and evolving regulatory requirements facing his corporate clients, with a proven record of ensuring his clients not only comply but anticipate change. He also has experience helping early-stage and growing companies assess their legal needs to meet challenges with confidence.

Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman Cody worked in the Capital Market's group at Skadden Arps' New York City Office. He also served as a Deputy Attorney General with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, representing and defending state agencies in courts across Pennsylvania. 

Though Cody's work now focuses on supporting his corporate clients, he spent many years in the courtroom - representing clients in civil courts in all five NYC boroughs, throughout the metro region, and across Pennsylvania.
