Rebecca is a Law Clerk (Associate pending bar admission) in Lucosky Brookman LLP’s Corporate & Securities Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca worked at international law firms in Paris and Seoul, including Freshfields, Clifford Chance, and Kim & Chang, where she advised on cross-border financings, leveraged buyouts and debt restructurings for private equity firms and multinational corporations. Her experience further includes bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings for publicly listed companies. In addition, Rebecca served as a student associate at the Kirkland & Ellis Corporate Lab in Chicago and competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

Rebecca earned her LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School, a Master’s in Financial Law from HEC Lausanne with a specialization in Quantitative Finance at Bocconi University in Milan, and a Master’s in Business Law from the Sorbonne Paris I.
