Kimberly Bishop is a strategic, results-driven professional with years of experience. Kimberly handles cases across the state of Texas. She is a well experienced attorney with years of civil litigation experience in the areas of business disputes, debt collection and settlement, insurance defense, insurance subrogation, arbitration and personal injury. Kimberly ran a successful solo practice for 11 years prior to joining our firm for a change of pace.

Kimberly graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and went on to pursue her Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and in Federal Court in the Western District of Texas. She has handled thousands of cases in all phases of the litigation process, as well as pre-suit negotiations and settlements when possible.
