Allison (Suolian) Chen

Allison Chen is an associate at Lucosky Brookman LLP’s corporate & securities Department. Before joining the firm, Allison had corporate law experiences from international law firms and a government securities regulatory office.

Allison received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. During law school, she was a member of the Public Contract Law Journal. Allison graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Boston College.
