Anne Melton

Annie is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman she worked at a litigation boutique in New York City, where she practiced at both the trial and appellate levels. Annie has served as lead and co-counsel on cases involving corporate liability, fiduciary violations, breach of contract, and corporate whistleblowing. 

Annie received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was an executive editor of the Journal of Law and Policy and a merit scholar. She received a Bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in business from the University of Colorado-Boulder
