Jeff Paolone

Jeff is a Corporate Finance and Securities Associate at Lucosky Brookman LLP. He represents public and private companies, issuers, and investors in a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate and securities transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, PIPEs, and other related corporate and securities compliance matters.

Jeff also advises on secured and unsecured lending matters, representing both lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing arrangements across asset classes.

Before joining the firm, Jeff completed his summer and articling terms at a boutique law firm in Toronto, where he worked in the corporate, securities, and capital markets group with a focus on high-growth and emerging companies.
