Pineapple Financial Inc. (NYSE American: PAPL), a fintech platform focused on mortgage brokerage innovation and digital finance, has successfully closed a $100 million private placement.
The transaction establishes Pineapple as the first publicly traded company worldwide to hold Injective’s native token (INJ) as part of its corporate treasury, marking a breakthrough in the convergence of traditional capital markets and blockchain-based finance.
The financing attracted participation from a broad base of institutional investors across both Wall Street and the crypto economy, including FalconX, Monarq, Abraxas, Kraken, Blockchain.com, Canary Capital, and the Injective Foundation. Proceeds will be used to establish Pineapple’s dedicated Injective treasury, positioning the Company at the forefront of tokenization and on-chain finance.
