Ticketplus Ltd. (NYSE American: TP), a technology company operating a proprietary, full-stack technology platform powering live entertainment across Latin America, announced the closing of its $15.0 million initial public offering.
The offering consisted of 1,875,000 ordinary shares priced at $8.00 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of $15.0 million to the Company, before underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses. In addition, the Company granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 281,250 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
Ticketplus’ ordinary shares began trading on the NYSE American on August 7, 2026, under the ticker symbol “TP,” and the offering is expected to close on or about August 10, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Roth Capital Partners, Bancroft Capital LLC and MDB Capital acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
Lucosky Brookman LLP served as U.S. legal counsel to the underwriters in connection with the initial public offering.
