First Breach Inc. (Nasdaq: FBDT) successfully completed its direct listing on Nasdaq and began trading under the ticker symbol “FBDT.”
The direct listing marks First Breach’s entry into the U.S. public markets. In connection with its first day of trading, members of the First Breach team and its advisors rang the Nasdaq Opening Bell to commemorate the Company’s public market debut.
