Bit Origin Ltd. (NASDAQ: BTOG) announced the acquisition of approximately $11 million of NVIDIA Blackwell B300 AI infrastructure assets, marking a significant milestone in the Company’s expansion into artificial intelligence computing infrastructure.
The transaction was completed pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement, with consideration consisting of $1 million in cash and $10 million in equity through pre-funded warrants. The acquisition was funded in connection with the Company’s previously announced convertible note financing.
