Lucosky Brookman LLP represented Axe Compute, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGPU) in connection with the sale of its Helomics cancer diagnostics business to DataMEDS AI, Inc. (Nasdaq: MEDS).
The transaction included Helomics’ CLIA/CAP-certified clinical laboratory and contract research organization (CRO) central lab services business and was structured as an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $1.5 million.
The transaction represents a significant step in Axe Compute’s transition to a pure-play neocloud GPU-as-a-Service business focused on AI compute infrastructure.
