Gravitics, Inc., a developer of commercial space station modules and orbital infrastructure, announced the successful completion of a $13,200,000 private placement to support the advancement of its next-generation space station modules, cargo and logistics platforms, and orbital carrier systems.
The private placement was completed with institutional investors, providing the Company with growth capital to accelerate product development and expand its commercial space infrastructure capabilities.
Net proceeds from the financing will be used to advance the development and deployment of Gravitics’ commercial space station modules, cargo and logistics solutions, and orbital carrier technologies, as well as for general corporate purposes.
