Vishal Petigara brings nearly 20 years of experience advising public and private companies, investors, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of corporate, tax, finance, and transactional matters. His practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities transactions, tax planning, estate planning, and strategic business counseling.
Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman LLP, Vishal founded and served as Managing Member of Petigara Law Group, PLLC, where he led a multidisciplinary practice representing clients across the hospitality, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, technology, and other industries. He has advised clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions from initial structuring through post-closing integration, while also serving as lead negotiator in significant commercial and contractual matters.
Vishal also has extensive experience counseling clients on federal, state, and international tax matters, including tax planning and tax controversy issues. In addition, he has worked closely with local governments and public entities in structuring and documenting public finance and corporate finance transactions.
