Sean P. Gingerich is an attorney with more than a decade of litigation experience representing clients in complex civil matters and currently focuses on defending healthcare professionals and institutions in medical malpractice litigation. He is currently admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania and the United State District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining the Firm, Sean focused on plaintiff-side personal injury and medical malpractice claims, providing a unique perspective on case evaluation, litigation strategy, and risk assessment. In addition to an active Plaintiff litigation practice, he also served as general counsel to a community bank, advising on commercial and residential foreclosures, contract drafting, employment matters, regulatory compliance, trusts and estates, and creditor rights. He is skilled in managing all phases of litigation including case investigation, discovery, depositions, motions practice, trial preparation, courtroom advocacy, and appellate briefing.
In his free time, Sean enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking, and is an avid traveler.
