Kyle Taylor is a Counsel at Lucosky Brookman LLP with over 20 years’ experience practicing corporate law. Mr. Taylor has represented clients in a variety of industries including investment companies, commercial banks, investment banks, and technology, insurance, medical, manufacturing, and media companies. He has advised clients in connection with a broad range of corporate matters including equity issuances, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He also has considerable experience with lending transactions and has advised both borrowers and lenders in numerous complex deals throughout his career.

Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman, Mr. Taylor was counsel with Warshaw Burstein, LLP. He began his career as an attorney at Clifford Chance LLP. Mr. Taylor received his Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from William & Mary. Mr. Taylor is admitted to the New York bar.
