Raymond Ressy is Counsel at Lucosky Brookman LLP. He has over 15 years’ experience across a corporate and capital markets practice, having represented U.S. and foreign issuers and underwriters in a range of securities offerings, including SEC registered offerings, Rule 144A/Reg. S offerings, exempt offerings and private placements. Mr. Ressy has extensive experience in offerings by issuers, especially financial institutions, in Europe and Latin America. Mr. Ressy has also worked on issues relating to private investment funds.

Mr. Ressy began his career as a corporate and capital markets attorney at Shearman & Sterling and later joined Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson. He has also worked at several investment banks in New York, London and Brussels on debt capital markets transactions for European and emerging market issuers. Mr. Ressy received his Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Harvard University. He also holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a master’s degree in international relations from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. Mr Ressy is admitted in New York.
