Soyoung Lee is Counsel in Lucosky Brookman’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group.  Soyoung has extensive experience representing issuers, investment banks, commercial banks, and venture capital firms in a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, high-yield bond offerings, bridge financings, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings.

Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman, Soyoung was a Corporate Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel where she focused her practice on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities, initial public offerings and credit agreements.  Soyoung received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review graduating on the Dean’s List.  She received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College, cum laude, double majoring in Economics and Political Science.
