Adam J. Golub is a seasoned litigator who practices throughout New York State and New Jersey. Mr. Golub’s practice includes all areas of litigation, with a specific focus on toxic torts and product liability matters. He has represented several large nationally recognized product manufacturers and contractors at both the state and federal levels in hundreds of individual actions. In addition, Mr. Golub counsels and represents insurance companies in general liability, construction defects, employment practices liability, bad faith, and other emerging insurance coverage issues.  He also counsels and represents the Firm’s insurance clients in complex, high exposure cases involving New York’s labor law, toxic torts, products liability, and construction defects. He frequently employs alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation, to successfully mediate complex coverage disputes.

Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman, Mr. Golub was an associate of a New York-based litigation firm for eleven years. During law school, Mr. Golub served as a law clerk and worked with a practice group handling the federal appeals of In Re Agent Orange Litigation for two years.
