Sebastian Bacon is a Corporate and Securities Partner at Lucosky Brookman LLP. He advises issuers and underwriters on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), de-SPAC transactions, follow-on offerings, at-the-market (ATM) programs, and private investment in public equity (PIPE) financings.
Mr. Bacon serves as outside general counsel for numerous public companies, providing comprehensive guidance on disclosure obligations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. He has represented exchange-listed companies across diverse industries, helping them navigate complex securities laws.
In addition to his public company and capital markets practice, Mr. Bacon advises start-ups on venture capital financings and day-to-day corporate matters and has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman LLP, Mr. Bacon worked at leading firms including Goodwin Procter, Mintz Levin, DLA Piper, and Proskauer Rose, where he focused on capital markets, public company compliance, venture capital financing, and M&A.
Mr. Bacon earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles.
