Grace Lin

Grace Lin is a Law Clerk at Lucosky Brookman LLP. She brings a diverse background in both transactional and litigation practice. 

Prior to joining the firm, Grace gained legal experience through internships with law firms in the United States and abroad, including work at an international law firm focusing on structured finance, corporate, and securities matters. She also served as a summer associate at a commercial litigation boutique in Austin, where she worked on construction litigation and real estate transactions.

Grace is currently a second-year J.D. candidate at The University of Texas School of Law, where she serves as a Staff Editor of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. During college, she represented her school in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
