Jake Lawrie is a law clerk working primarily in the Corporate & Securities department. Jake mainly focuses his practice on Mergers and Acquisitions and securities law. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Jake was a Summer Associate at Lucosky Brookman, where he worked in the M&A, Securities, and White-Collar litigation groups.

Jake graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board that finished 6th in the nation. While on the Moot Court Board, he competed in the ABA National and Kaufman Securities competition, where he won best Plaintiff’s brief. Before law school, Jake attended Marist College where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in Finance. While at Marist, Jake was a 4-year member of the Division 1 Baseball Varsity team.
