Thomas is an associate in the Firm’s litigation department, with experience defending trucking and transportation, premises liability, and personal injury matters. Thomas has also represented international and domestic insurers in complex insurance coverage matters relating to Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and Professional Liability policies.

While in law school, Thomas served as an intern at several organizations, including the City of Yonkers Corporation Counsel and the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of New Jersey. Thomas also served as a staff editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and as a teaching assistant for Cardozo Law School’s legal writing course.
