Agustin Blanco

Agustin is an Associate Attorney in the Casualty Department, concentrating his practice on defending transportation related claims, including automobile and trucking matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Agustin focused on local and cross-border litigation, providing legal advice to U.S.-based and international air carriers, common carriers, trucking companies, and their insurances in claims related to transportation, premises liability, motor vehicle claims, coverage issues, product liability, and contractual disputes.

Agustin also has extensive experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution in Argentina, including defending transportation-related claims, employment claims, and commercial disputes. He has appeared in administrative proceedings before the Argentine government authorities, representing national and international transportations companies in regulatory matters. In addition to his litigation practice as an attorney in Argentina, Agustin held managerial roles in the public sector, where he focused on government procurement, transportation-related regulatory matters, and contract negotiations.
