Mr. Ross is a Securities Litigation Counsel at Lucosky Brookman LLP, bringing with him diversified government and private sector experience.  This experience includes white-collar criminal defense, commercial, insurance/re-insurance, and antitrust litigation, as well as criminal prosecutions and appeals, having tried multiple cases to verdict and having argued before the Appellate Division Third Department in New York.  Mr. Ross is also well versed in federal privacy laws.

Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman LLP, Mr. Ross served as Special Counsel at the NYS Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs.  Mr. Ross was previously an Assistant Attorney General at the NYS Attorney General’s Office and an Assistant District Attorney at two District Attorney’s Offices, investigating financial and tax crimes.  Mr. Ross began his professional career as a Litigation Associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP.

Mr. Ross graduated from Fordham Law School, cum laude, and was the Writing & Research Editor for the Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal.  Mr. Ross graduated from Boston University, magna cum laude, with a dual concentration in Philosophy and Psychology.
