Livia Sokoli will be starting as a Law Clerk in the Insurance Coverage and Defense Litigation Practice Group at Lucosky Brookman LLP. She assists attorneys with legal research, drafting, and case analysis in complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Livia served as a Student Intern with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives in Woodland Park, New Jersey. In that role, she collaborated with Special Agents on active investigations, assisted with warrant preparation and wiretap monitoring, and supported detailed case documentation. That experience strengthened her analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

Livia earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from The Pennsylvania State University, where she minored in Psychology and Sociology and was named to the Dean’s List. Her academic background reflects a strong interest in understanding both legal systems and human behavior.

She is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law, where she is a recipient of the Law Opportunitas Award and a Merit Scholarship. Livia is actively involved in the Student Bar Association, the Criminal Justice Society, the Corporate and Commercial Law Society, and the Italian American Law Association. She is expected to graduate in May 2028.
