Lance Arberry is a corporate attorney focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and complex commercial arrangements. Lance advises private equity sponsors, operating companies, founders, and executives on high-value transactions across the full deal lifecycle, from early-stage structuring through signing, closing, and post-transaction integration. Prior to joining the firm, Lance served as Senior Counsel at a global hospitality and entertainment company operating more than 70 venues across North America, Europe, and Asia. In that role, Lance was the principal transactional attorney supporting senior leadership and advised on acquisitions, dispositions, strategic investments, equity joint ventures, licensing arrangements, and large-scale development projects. Lance also played a central role in the company’s approximately $550 million sale from a public company to a private hospitality investment platform, managing core legal workstreams, coordinating board and shareholder approvals, and overseeing sell-side diligence.
