Inikki Mitchell

Inikki Mitchell is a litigation associate who represents corporate clients in complex, high-stakes disputes, including “bet-the-company” matters for Fortune 500 manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies. She has experience working on large, multi-jurisdictional litigation involving significant financial and reputational exposure, where precision, judgment, and strategic coordination are critical.

In her recent work, Inikki supported discovery efforts involving large-scale document review, analysis, and production, including organizing complex factual records and identifying key evidence to support case strategy. She contributed to bellwether strategy by assisting with case selection, developing factual narratives, and supporting trial teams through witness preparation and trial readiness. Her experience also includes drafting motions to dismiss and other dispositive motions, preparing discovery responses, developing deposition materials, and synthesizing technical and scientific information into clear, persuasive work product.

Before joining Lucosky Brookman LLP, Inikki was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm in New York City, where she worked on complex commercial litigation matters.
