David M. Kelly is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group. Before joining the firm, David worked with the in-house legal team at Capstone Investment Advisors, helping translate financial and regulatory issues into clear, workable steps. He also served in chambers of Justice Manuel J. Mendez at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, analyzing commercial appeals.
A former Captain in the Irish Defence Forces, David completed three overseas operational deployments. Those experiences shaped his approach: remain composed, master the details and make sound decisions when the stakes are real. He brings that discipline to his legal practice. David earned a master’s degree in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York.
