Prior to joining the firm, Craig advised domestic and multinational public and private strategics, financial sponsors (including private equity funds and venture capital funds), and their portfolio companies on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate and financial transactions, and corporate governance matters across a range of sectors and industries.
