Connor is an associate in Lucosky Brookman LLP’s Healthcare Litigation & Medical Malpractice Defense practice. Connor has substantial experience defending physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, home health aides, physical therapists, psychologists, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practice groups, long-term care facilities, home health agencies, and medical device manufacturers in professional liability matters throughout Pennsylvania. Connor also brings extensive experience handling public entity and civil rights litigation, including disputes involving municipalities, police departments, zoning officers, school districts, public officials, and both private and public sector employees. His public entity work has included §1983 claims and matters arising under the Pennsylvania Tort Claims Act.
Connor focuses on providing practical, results-oriented representation to healthcare providers, facilities, and public entities facing high-stakes liability and regulatory challenges. He excels at early risk assessment, aggressive defense strategy, and achieving efficient resolutions that protect clients’ reputations, operations, and financial interests. Born and raised in Chester County, Pennsylvania, Connor graduated from the University of Delaware with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Policy and Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law with a Health Law Concentration. During law school, Connor was an active member of the Honor Board, Villanova Health Law Society, Villanova Sports Law Society, and the COVID-19 Legal Research Project. He also served as a Certified Legal Intern at Villanova Law School’s Interdisciplinary Mental & Physical Health Law Clinic, providing pro-bono representation on community health matters.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys walking his dogs, playing golf, spending time outdoors, and rooting for the Philadelphia sports teams. Connor is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
