Byron Lo is an law clerk in Lucosky Brookman LLP’s Corporate & Securities Department. Prior to joining the firm, Byron gained extensive legal experience through internships at law firms, government agencies, including the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, the Department of Justice, and the Securities and Exchange Commission, and corporate legal departments in New York.
Byron graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Public Relations. He then received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as a Councilmember of the Dean’s Advisory Council on Diversity & Inclusion and as a Senior Staff Member of The St. John’s Law Review.
