Moody Capital 2026 Disruptive Growth and Life Sciences Conference

Lucosky Brookman LLP was pleased to participate in the Moody Capital Conference, where members of the Firm joined market participants, investors, executives and advisors for two days of conversations focused on the evolving public markets landscape.

In addition to hosting a booth throughout the conference, Lucosky Brookman played an active role in the event’s programming, with Managing Partner Joseph M. Lucosky and Partner Andrea Cataneo participating in several discussions addressing some of the most consequential issues facing emerging growth and micro-cap companies today.

On Day One, Joseph Lucosky moderated “Staying Listed: Compliance in the New Nasdaq and NYSE Regime,” a timely discussion examining the rapidly changing exchange-listing environment and what public companies need to understand as Nasdaq and NYSE continue to evolve their listing and continued-listing standards. During the session, Joe also delivered a live data presentation, providing a data-driven look at current market conditions and the potential impact of recent regulatory and exchange developments on smaller public companies.

Later that day, Andrea Cataneo joined Moody Capital’s Rob Rosenstein for “Capital Formation Without the Usual Playbook: The Best Financing May Be Hiding in Plain Sight — Is It?” The discussion explored alternative approaches to raising capital and the financing structures companies may overlook when evaluating their options in today’s market.

On Day Two, Joe returned to the stage in the Grand Central Ballroom for “Inside the New Micro-Cap Market,” examining how the micro-cap landscape is changing and what those shifts mean for issuers, investors and other market participants.

Across the two-day conference, the conversations reflected many of the themes Lucosky Brookman continues to see across the emerging growth markets: changing exchange requirements, an evolving capital formation environment and the need for companies to think strategically about both accessing the public markets and maintaining their listings once there.

Thank you to Moody Capital for bringing together the emerging growth community and providing a forum for substantive conversations about where the market is headed.
