Tom Twedt is a Counsel at Lucosky Brookman LLP. Tom has deep and broad capital markets, securities law, corporate governance, general corporate and M&A experience. Over the past 25 years, he has represented issuers in all phases of the corporate lifecycle, from seed round investments to an IPO and eventually going private. Tom has worked with both public and private companies, including Rule 144A debt issuances. Tom also regularly represents underwriters.
Tom started his legal journey at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, working on revamping the executive compensation disclosure rules and serving as Branch Chief for two years before entering private practice. Tom received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and hold a B.S. in Finance from the University of North Texas.
