Arif Soto is an Associate at Lucosky Brookman LLP. Mr. Soto focuses his practice in the areas of corporate finance and securities law. He represents public and private companies in a broad range of corporate transactions, including public securities offerings, initial public offerings, private placements, and other legal matters. He also works with corporations and their board of directors on general corporate governance and compliance with the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman, Mr. Soto worked at a securities law firm in Manhattan where he represented clients in corporate and securities law matters. He received his law degree from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and a Heyman Scholar.
Mr. Soto is fluent in Russian, Turkish, and Azerbaijani and is admitted to the New York bar.
