Ms. Macina is an associate in Lucosky Brookman’s insurance defense and litigation practice. Over the course of her career, Ms. Macina has developed an exceptional track record of achieving favorable results at the trial level in complex professional liability defense cases. Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman, Ms. Macina worked at a prominent defense firm in Manhattan where she chaired multiple high-profile trials. During her time at Lucosky Brookman, her practice has expanded to include a wide array of matters including general negligence, toxic torts, products liability and other insurance defense related claims.
Ms. Macina received her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2007. She attended Cornell University as an undergraduate, where she received a William Hildebrand Scholarship. Ms. Macina graduated from Cornell in 2004, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management. During her undergraduate career, Ms. Macina was Vice President of the Cornell Women in Business Association. She was also a member of Cornell’s chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity.
