Brian Goldberg is an associate at Lucosky Brookman where he advises emerging growth and middle market companies in connection with offerings of securities and stock exchange listings. Mr. Goldberg is part of a team of corporate lawyers which represents boards of directors with respect to reporting and other obligations under the U.S. securities laws, corporate governance and regulatory matters, specializing in the registration of securities under the Securities Act of 1933 and compliance with reporting requirements under the Exchange Act of 1934. In addition, Mr. Goldberg counsels public companies on mergers and acquisitions, Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE) transactions, equity lines and corporate finance transactions.
Mr. Goldberg received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware. Mr. Goldberg is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey.
