Joseph M. Lucosky

Joseph M. Lucosky is the founding and managing partner of Lucosky Brookman LLP. Mr. Lucosky has a broad multidisciplinary practice that includes extensive experience in negotiated mergers and acquisitions (including reverse mergers); domestic and cross-border investments/joint ventures; the representation of private equity, venture capital and other private investment funds; securities offerings; private and public financings (including secured and unsecured lending); bankruptcy transactions; real estate matters; and various other types of commercial transactions. In addition, he is a personal adviser to many business leaders, corporate executives and members of boards of directors. He has counseled clients on significant transactional matters across a number of practice areas and industry sectors.


Seth A. Brookman

Seth A. Brookman is a founding partner of Lucosky Brookman LLP. His practice focuses on the representation of issuers, domestic and foreign commercial banks, investment banks, hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital, private investment funds and other financial institutions in a broad variety of complex financing transactions, including corporate and securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions (including reverse mergers), securities offerings, secured and unsecured lending and other syndicated and single-bank loan transactions, the financing of commercial assets, domestic and cross-border hedge fund financings, loan restructurings and workouts.


Scott C. Kline

Scott C. Kline is the head of Lucosky Brookman’s Foreign Direct Investment Practice Group. Mr. Kline brings to the firm over 20 years of experience advising clients in the areas of corporate and securities law, capital formation transactions and listings on the U.S. exchanges, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and China matters. Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman, Mr. Kline was a partner at Blank Rome LLP and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pitman LLP.

Martin S. Zipern

Martin Zipern is counsel to Lucosky Brookman LLP. Mr. Zipern has over 30 years of experience practicing commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has considerable expertise representing diverse companies involving complex litigation and arbitration of commercial matters including breach of contracts, shareholder disputes and employment litigation. Mr. Zipern has practiced extensively before the American Arbitration Association as a commercial arbitrator and mediator in matters ranging in size from $5,000 to $20 million.

Matthew J. Walsh

Matthew J. Walsh is an associate at Lucosky Brookman LLP. Mr. Walsh focuses his practice in the areas of securities law and corporate finance.
