Matthew J. Walsh is an associate at Lucosky Brookman LLP. Mr. Walsh focuses his practice in the areas of securities law and corporate finance. He counsels public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, Private Investment in Public Entity (PIPE) transactions, public offerings, equity lines and corporate finance transactions. In addition, Mr. Walsh advises public companies with respect to their compliance and reporting obligations under federal securities laws.

Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman, Mr. Walsh was a member of the Global Finance Department of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, and served as a Consultant for Cherokee Investment Services.

Mr. Walsh is a cum laude graduate of The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Law and Justice. He received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Pace University School of Law where he was Executive Productions Editor of Pace Law Review. Mr. Walsh is a member of both the New York and New Jersey bars.
