Martin Zipern is counsel to Lucosky Brookman LLP. Mr. Zipern has over 30 years of experience practicing commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has considerable expertise representing diverse companies involving complex litigation and arbitration of commercial matters including breach of contracts, shareholder disputes and employment litigation. Mr. Zipern has practiced extensively before the American Arbitration Association as a commercial arbitrator and mediator in matters ranging in size from $5,000 to $20 million.

Prior to joining Lucosky Brookman, Mr. Zipern led a complex commercial litigation law practice, with a specialization in construction litigation. He has also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel to a $30 million real estate development and construction company, where he managed the company’s industrial and commercial real estate portfolios as well as the company’s litigation, arbitration and mediation disputes.

Mr. Zipern represents large, mid-sized and small public and private companies, as well as officers and directors, in a diverse range of industries including biotechnology, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, trucking and technology. Mr. Zipern has represented clients in more than 750 commercial arbitration and mediation cases. He also counseled clients on, among other matters, construction agreements, property agreements, leases, buy-sell agreements and corporate contracts.
